I felt like it was safe enough overall, but in my experience the supervision could definitely be better at times.

The customer service turned out alright in the end, but I do wish I’d known the replies would be so slow. I ended up having to chase them once, which was a bit frustrating. Not a terrible experience, just one I probably could’ve done without.

My child has been going each week and really enjoys it, which is the biggest thing for me. The coaches are great with the kids and do a good job explaining things in a way they can actually understand. From what we’ve experienced, the sessions are well run and my child comes away happy. The only small downside is that the groups can feel a bit crowded at times, so there isn’t always as much individual attention as I’d like. But overall, it’s been a really good experience and we’re happy with it.

I signed my 7-year-old up hoping it would get him more excited about football, but he lost interest after the first session. The drills seemed kind of repetitive, and there just wasn’t much energy to keep the kids really into it, which was a bit disappointing.
The coaches were nice, so I don’t want to make it sound terrible or anything, but they weren’t super engaging either. My son usually loves running around, yet he kept asking when it was going to be over. We stopped going after a short time, and for us, it just didn’t feel worth it.

I booked a class for my son and it felt chaotic from the start. The times kept changing, the information wasn’t clear, and the group looked way too big for one coach to manage properly. A lot of the kids were just standing around waiting, so it didn’t feel like they got much out of it. I also got the impression there might be extra costs or hidden fees later on, which made me a bit uneasy. Not what I was expecting at all, and I wouldn’t book again.

I ordered a kit for my son and, overall, I’m fairly happy with it. The price was good and the quality seems decent enough, it doesn’t feel cheap, which was a nice surprise. Delivery was fine too, nothing amazing but no real issues either. I wouldn’t say I was blown away, but for the money it feels like a solid buy and I’d probably use childrensfootball.com again.
